1How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
2Does display come under warranty?
Physical damages like screen or any hardware damages due to liquid spill etc. are not covered under manufacturer's warranty and may cost you subsequent repair charges.
3What is Tampered Handset?
Any unauthorized alterations in device is considered as tampered handset.
4Do personal data which is there in device will get wiped ?
Your device will be formatted during the repair process. Please backup your data before handing over the device to the repair centre.
5Do you use originally manufactured spare parts?
Yes! All parts used by digital repairs are Genuine.
6Do I get any warranty for the repaired spare part?
Yes, we offer overall 90 days service warranty on device & 30 days spare warranty(Replaced Spare part only) Please note: We don't cover any kind of physical/water damage to the parts provided. If there is any mishandling/tampering of the parts that are observed by our expert technicians it will not consider under warranty.

9What covers under warranty?
Warranties covers for mechanical or electrical failure, but not for accidental or physical damages due to liquid spill etc. Note:For such damages, buying a mobile insurance is always wise.
10What is STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY of Smartphones?
Device - 1 Year MFG warranty Batter(ies)*, including Internal Batteries - 6 Months Warranty Other Accessories* - Usually 6 Months Warranty.
11Do Smartphone manufacturer warranty gets continue after repairing the device?
All other repaired/replaced Products will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Standard Limited Warranty on the original Product or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer...
12How can I claim my warranty without a bill?
If you purchased phone online then if you contact customer care they would give you invoice copy to your email. If you purchased from any shops then you need to check with respective shop from where device has been purchased.
13How can I check the IMEI No. of my phone?
You can check your device International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) by dialing *#06# or simply you can go to settings and check for IMEI.
14Can i send my phone for repair via Courier?
Yes,you can arrange to send your device to digital repairs for repair via courier. We advice customer to visit service store to schedule your repair. Note: company won't be liable for for any damaged to phone during transportation or lost of device.
15How long does it take to repair a device ?
Most repairs should take less than two for minor issue. But incase of any major issue in device will take more time.
16How much does a phone repair cost?
Device repair cost depends on defects in device. Cost will be shared to customer after complete diagnose of device.
